business. This could
be internally
through franchising
and developing new

externally through a
merger or a

experiencing
growth. From a
marketing
perspective you will
begin to recognise
the importance of
the marketing mix
elements: product,
price, promotion
and place and
explore how each
one is used
effectively to make
