Admission September 2025

Year 11 into Year 12 Sixth Form Admission – September 2025

Applications are welcome from students of other schools for a place in our Sixth Form.

Students can download the online Admission Application Form and the SIF Form below and complete and return it via email sxithform@gnsa.co.uk or print the form, complete and return it via recorded delivery post to the Academy.  It is advisable to keep the recorded delivery receipt as proof of posting should you need to produce evidence of sending your application form.

It is advisable to read the Admission Policy and see the Subject Minimum Entry Requirement list before completing the application form.

Please return the Admission Application Form and the SIF Form at the same time together with any other information that may assist you with your application.

In order to be accepted into GNSA Sixth Form all students will need to achieve a minimum of a grade 4 in both Mathematics and English Language, in addition to the entry requirements listed below.

All of the requirements in each box must be achieved for entry to be given onto the subject.
